From November to March the villa is closed.

Rental conditions and check-in/out terms
Apartment rentals are available on a weekly basis (saturday through saturday). Check-in time is from 4pm to 7 pm. Apartments must be vacated by 10 am. For different check-in times please phone-in.
Discounts granted for long-term stays:
- 15% discount for second week
- 20% discount for third week

Daily rentals allowed too.

Prices
All prices shown are in Euros and include water, gas and power, TV, weekly linen change, final cleaning and baby cot/crib (if requested).
Prices do not include: heating (payable according to consumption) and bi-weekly apartment cleaning.

Weddings
The park is available for wedding receptions and events. Catering services and suplly of tables and gazebos not included. Wedding receptions for a limited number of people may take place in the lemon-house.
