- Castiglion del Lago exit
- S.S. 71 (local state road) direction Terontola-Cortona-Arezzo
- After about 3 miles turn right for Ossaia
- After about 2 miles turn right for Mercatale-Pergo
- After about 1 ½ miles Metelliano, entrance gate to the Villa on the left-hand side of the road
