The villa Tommasi-Aliotti
complex consists of a main residence accommodating rental
apartments, the apartment of the owners, the greehouse
– lemonhouse, a private chapel and a cottage located
at the back of the Villa and at the foot of the holm-oak
walk.
Both apartments located within the villa (Michelangelo
and Leonardo) and two rooms in the cottage (Raffaello) are available
for rent. Apartments are located on the second floor
of the building and may be accessed from the main entrance
through the large interior staircase. The villa is not
equipped with elevators.
The cottage is located at the back of the villa and
provided with private access.
All guests will be able to take pleasant walks along
the footpaths of the park, relax in the swimming-pool
and enjoy evening cookouts with the provided barbecue.
The cottage Raffaello is a
recently converted stone granary smartly furnished by
the owners with fine antique pieces. This is a two-storey
buidling with private access and may accommodate up to
four people. A large sitting room is located on the ground floor. The
first floor accommodates two bedrooms (one with queen-size
bed and one with two single beds) both with private bathrom
with shower. All rooms feature exposed wood beams, wooden
doors and windows and cotto floors.
The apartment
Michelangelo located on the second floor of the Villa
consists of two large double bedrooms and may accommodate
up to five people thanks to the size of one of the two
bedrooms capacious enough to accommodate a third additional
bed.
The apartment also includes a larte sitting room, a dining
room, a kitchen with cooking hob, oven, fridge, TV and
two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub).
Bedrooms are very large and bright and enjoy a stunning
view over the park and the nearby valley. They are furnished
with antique pieces and precious paintings just like all
other rooms in the apartment. Particular care for detail
was lavished on accessories and fittings.
The apartment Leonardo is
located likewise on the second floor in a different wing
of the villa. The apartment is spread over two levels:
part of the second floor and part of the third floor with
an imposing central covered roof-terrace with large glass
paned windows. The apartment may accommodate up to six
people. It consists of three large double bedrooms (one
with single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower –
one with bath tub), a dining room complete with appliances
and a large sitting room located on the roof-terrace.
All rooms and in particular the sitting room enjoy a stunning
view of the pond laying before the facade of the villa,
the park and the surrounding valley. All rooms are frescoed
with trompe l’oeil scenes both on the walls and
ceilings and furnished with antiques and precious paintings.
